We have recently completed our latest film documenting the construction of the new border wall between the U.S. and Mexico entitled, The 800 Mile Wall. This new film focuses on just how ineffective and deadly our border policy has become. The ever-rising migrant death toll is now commonplace and goes unnoticed by media and government officials. The purpose of the new film is to shed light on this escalating human rights crisis. Nearly 5,000 migrant bodies have been recovered since border fences and increased militarization began over a decade ago. These astonishing numbers only account for recovered bodies. Some put the death toll at 10,000 or more as many migrants remain missing. Many experts believe migrants will die in increasing numbers as new border walls are erected forcing them to traverse more treacherous terrain. The 800 Mile Wall will exposes this human rights crisis and what some of the solutions might be. The 800 Mile Wall is currently screening across the country. The 800 Mile Wall is also now available on DVD. Order your copy. More information is available at: |

The 800 MIle Wall is being screened across the country in association with the recent ACLU report on migrant death entitled, Humanitarian Crisis: Migrant Deaths at the U.S.-Mexico Border. The report is an depth look at the escalating deaths and human rights abuses at the U.S. - Mexico border. Written by Maria Jimenez in conjuntion with the ACLU of San Diego and Imperial Counties as well as Mexico's National Commission of Human Rights, it is the most comprehensive study about the issue and a great accompaniment to The 800 Mile Wall. |
